Breakfast is typical English style breakfast with an Aussie twist, lamb sausages for instance. When my flight was unexpectedly cancelled, the staff immediately helped me figure out what to do. "Check in took forever for them to find a key, the blanket on the Queen bed had what I *hope* was a thick chocolate stain. There was a melted lolly(?) on the floor that I only saw when I stepped in it, and a cockroach on the wall during the night that I had to kill. And the smells! The room had a terrible odour, and the spray fragrance in the hallway was so strong I literally had to breath through my jumper when leaving the room at all. Stayed for a stopover from Melbourne to Brisbane, very glad...
