I read the reviews before I booked. I'm struggling to understand some complaints, e.g., no tea/coffee, no TV remote, one bin, etc. I had no issue as it was simple to ask for the remote control (they may have reasons not to leave them in the room). There was tea/coffee in the room. I moved one bin to the room from the bathroom!"
