"This hotel is nice. We stayed in a basic room. There is no housekeeping service for the time we stayed which was 3 nights. The little freezer compartment was iced over and we couldn’t fit anything in it. So we got no new towels or amenities for 3 days. When we came to check out at 9 am when the office opened the man at the desk said the credit card machine wouldn’t be online for 15mins. We needed to go so we left credit card details to be charged, a different card from the original deposit card....

"The room could have done with a bit more attention to detail o ly one bed was made we had to come home from a wedding and make a bed at the cost we paid I would have expected the beds to be made up,also went hang my clothes and cobwebs inside wardrobe and we would not have sat on the lounge as it was pretty stained.apart from that it was a lovely area the staff at front desk were very nice it was a good little unit but could definately be improved.Id suggest removable covers on lounge so it can...

"The resort was nicely maintained with good parking. We had a room with 2 x double beds which were very comfortable and clean. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap provided, towels were adequate but not much water pressure in the shower. There was a nice pool, mini golf course and kids playground. Has a coffee shop, bar and restaurant. We found the dinner menu a bit $$$ but very close to other eateries. As it was not the busy season the breakfast buffet was not available but you could order...
