"No one on site, not very safe leaving a note on outside of building with a code for room. Anyone could have taken envelope and stayed in the room. I would recommend sending your code by email. No air conditioner unit. Inside is very old and dated and not comfortable at all. Sign on door appears written as someone will return soon and never saw anyone.
