I had to pay a $50 security deposit that I was supposed to get upon leaving. It has been almost 4 weeks and I have yet to receive it and I cannot get in contact with anyone and my itinerary number seems not to register upon entering it in the hotels services system.

I truly enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Everything was well maintained, comfortable, and peaceful. The manager was exceptionally kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire stay, which made a big difference. Thank you for such a positive experience — I highly recommend this place.
