"The family suite/handicap accessible was dirty.
The sofa bed didn ’t look clean and the mattress was only coils. No padding.
There were no grab bars in the shower or a shelf in shower.
There were dead bugs on the window sill.

"The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. I didn’t need parking but from what I saw there is ample parking. Last but not least, the Shuttle service to and from the airport is a huge bonus and the driver David was very nice. I only spent 1 night because it was a quick trip, but I would definitely use this...

"This is our “go to” hotel for the Houston, Sugarland area. The rooms are always clean, well maintained and COOL!! The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Parking has never been an issue.
