"It is showing signs of age, and there are some maintenance issues. The sink in our room was cracked, the furniture is showing wear. It seems to me that it is ready for a remodel. I have stayed there several years and I’ve been very happy with the staff and the hotel. But again has maintenance issues.and ware."

"We've always started at the Tropicana when visiting Atlantic City because of the convenience of having everything thing right there. Just park and enjoy yourself without the stress of having to drive around to look for things to do. The comedy spot, restaurants, IMAX, shopping, and of course gambling is right at your finger tips. Check out the the Cape May Lewis ferry if you are traveling from the south. It's a great option to get off the road for a bit."

"Golden Nugget is basically the only casino hotel in Atlantic City where you don’t have to pay for parking. My husband and I have stayed as guests of the hotel twice recently and had excellent experiences each time. There is no reason why other hotels should charge for parking especially if you’re already a guest of a hotel. This was the biggest factor in choosing Golden Nugget again and again. "The staff were very professional and courtious. the property was nice however when on the second floor walking towards my room the carpent was in need of a good cleaning. The room itself was very clean but the hallway was in need of vacumming"
