"This property is always clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfasts are good. The courtyard is nice to have a drink or sit around the fire pit. However, you need to know that Marriott has started charging $10 a night for parking. There’s no guard there’s no security. they even warned you that they are not responsible for your car. This property is in a business park yet they feel the need to stick it to you with $10 a night Parking."

"It's a classic hotel in a great location. The front desk staff aren't the most enthusiastic—they do their job, but don't really go the extra mile to help guests. The hotel is a bit dated, but it's clean, and that's what matters most. I don't think the breakfast is worth the price, as it's very basic. The parking area is spacious and easy to access. Overall, I would definitely stay here again."

"Room air conditioning was good. Breakfast selection was average. If planning for multi night stay, request daily room cleaning in advance, else expect no cleaning on a daily basis, as was the case with us. The bathroom had broken/ empty dispensers for soap and hair conditioner. Some of the front desk staff were not welcoming and had to call multiple times to get the room cleaned. Apparently the hotel was out of liquid for the empty dispensers which makes no sense. Wanted to extend check out...

"Booked last minute while traveling. Convenient location, clean, very friendly staff. Quiet and comfortable room. Although this is a pet friendly hotel we did not see or smell anything unpleasant. Good mattress, good bathroom, excellent breakfast…very happy with our stay"

"The whole building smells like cigarettes. It was overwhelming and gave my wife a headache all night. The bathtub was not cleaned well and noticed hair in the tub and floor. Everything felt so gross. Guest were also smoking marijuana in the back of the built. This hotel seemed to attract uninvited visitors and I did not feel comfortable around. Will not be returning"

"Don’t expect to use the pool. It was closed with no known date. The staff was amazing though. The kitchen was bigger and newer than mine at home"

"The facility charges for everything. Including water and parking, even though there is plenty of parking space outside in their open parking lot. They do not provide complimentary water upon you checking in. The staff are demonstrating behavior like those running a night shift at a remote gas station. Their breakfast options are horrible."

"A very well maintained hotel at a very reasonable price. Excellent location conveniently located for any purpose in Clayton or adjacent University City. Many quality restaurants within short walking distance. The hotel includes a really good full breakfast. Ramp parking is attached. Two big thumbs up."
