"The accommodations and staff were great ! It’s a beautiful property, food in dining room was very good. We were able to take walks along the beach. Drawbacks would be that the beach was rough w shells but wearing water shoes helped. Wine was very expensive! We were warned but it was still a shock !"

"Hôtel magnifique dans un jardin tropical fantastique avec plage paradisiaque!Notre chambre était luxueuse,très grand lit et literie très confortable, vue sur mer et piscine. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, répondant à toutes vos demandes. Pour nos 30 ans de mariage, petit déjeuner sur la plage offert et pour notre dernier jour, nous avons pu libérer la chambre un peu plus tard. Les dîners sont excellents, thème différent chaque soir. Pour ceux qui aiment le snorkelling, beaux...

"Enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive. June appears to be off season so the resort wasn't sold out. Nice breakfast served by staff daily. Hot water was solar generated so with 11 hours of sunlight and clouds, we generally missed the hot water. There were only two outlets in the room. One near the floor under the desk and one by the bathroom sink so charging electronics and heating hot water for coffee and tea was a challenge."

"We can highly recommend staying here for a few nights. The staff was wonderful and always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day for our stay. It’s a real bonus, that you can use the beach from the heritage hotels free of charge. Everything went smoothly. We would stay there again. "

"Wonderful beachfront resort with excellent staff and amenities. We just returned from a 4 day stay and the only downside was that the trip was not longer. Large spacious rooms, lovely well kept grounds, super friendly and helpful staff, great selection of restaurants and food and daily activity programs. Highly recommend this beautiful, well run resort. "

"The staff was lovely, I had come much earlier due to my flight and my room was available when I arrived. The room was beautiful, with great water views. The only downside was there was no shower gel when I wanted to shower late at night, had to use the hand soap! It was corrected early the next day. Breakfast was decent. Would have been 5 stars if not for the shower gel debacle. Will come back. "

"Really tasty food & great service from the staff but it’s really a 3 star hotel in terms amenities & the rooms really could do with an update. Mattress & pillows were also hard so found it hard to sleep."

"One night stay for business. Room’s got the damp coastal smell to them (I guess the carpets never really get dry). Bathrooms are tired and could do with a modernization. Location convenient if got meetings in CBD. Very peaceful considering in middle of the city. "

"Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer entsprach der Beschreibung, war groß und sauber. Der Pool ist herrlich und es gibt ausreichend verschiedene Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Der Service beim Frühstück war sympathisch und das Essen lecker. Eine rundum sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. "

"We had the absolute pleasure of getting married at Lux Le Morne, and it was truly one of the best experiences of our lives. Travelling to Mauritius to get married just the two of us felt like a big step, and we were initially a little nervous about whether we’d chosen the right place. But we didn’t need to worry. "Lovely resort, very friendly staff, a big shout out to Kiran who went out of his way to advice us places to visit in the island. Our room was great, the beds/pillows wonderful, the food tasty, and overall resort was clean and safe. Only downside was that there was a lack of entertainment at the resort. Would also recommend anyone staying to get all inclusive as lunch and dinner was quite expensive. "
