Amazing host who would bend over backwards to accomodate your needs. Clean and organised facility’s , Amazing view, quiet location with easy not to far walk to the beach. The only bad thing was we had to leave and head home.

Southview Guest House is a home away from home. Great view and well-equiped home for choice. We enjoyed our 4nights stay there, relaxing and pampering ourselves with the spa and space. Neil and Leanne are awesome. Received their email after booking the Guest House, to check in with us on some details. It is a great base for us to explore Wollongong and easy to get our stuff from Woolworth or Coles nearby. Hope they keep this home for more families to come.

Wonderful views
We very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts are super helpful and the apartment was spacious light and had wonderful views. We would definitely stay here again.

Very welcoming and kind staff. The room was the 'stopover' room. It was large, modern and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. I will tell everyone to stay there when they are passing through or need accommodation for a few nights. Thank you Neil and Leanne.

Fabulous stay
We absolutely loved the stay at Southview. The place was located between the beach and mountains and it was an absolute wonder. The host was very friendly and helpful. We found the place was clean and loved the two showers!

The spa and bed were great. Close to the beach and coffee shop. Only minor issue was the narrow stairs leading to the room. But this was not a deal breaker.

It was a very relaxed weekend very close to the beach. Plenty of places to go and eat. The plunge pool/spa was fabulous.

Perfect weekend escape
Just an hour south of Sydney this lovely little spot is perfect for a quiet escape. The location is a short walk to the beach and cafes, and there is plenty of parking available on the street. The accommodation itself is cosy with a TV in both the main area and the bedroom, which has a very comfortable bed. By far the highlights for us were the large spa bath (my daughter has never been so eager for bath time) and the deck, which has a lovely view. Our hosts were very attentive and check in was very easy. Would recommend.

The property was very clean and spacious. I also loved the little extra touches like a full range of toiletries for us to use, snacks in the kitchen as well as kitchen essentials. The shower was huge, especially for an ensuite, i also loved that they provided bath sheets as opposed to just bath towels. They also have a combined washer/dryer for those who may be having longer stays.

Hi Sarah. Thanks so much for your honest review. We have just recently installed aluminium sliding windows in our bathroom. We have now painted the new timber around the window frames, so hopefully our Seaview suite is up to scratch again! Yes our stairs going up to the Seaview are a little aged, This has been on our mind for the last few years. We have had them structurally checked and they are certified safe. In saying this we have come to the decision that we are going to rebuild the stairs to the Seaview suite and increase the width to make it more friendly for guests with luggage. Thanks again. Short Break
This place is so beautiful and really close to the beach. Neil and Leanne are lovely hosts and I cannot say enough of how much we enjoyed it. Will definitely be back when in Bulli. Just loved the double spa bath - heavenly.

The suite was full of surprises that all accumulated to create a lovely, perfect yet too short stay - from the four poster bed, to the views over the ocean, to the fly screens, the luxurious showers and bath. Loved it and wish I could have stayed longer!

Perfect overnight stay
Couldn't fault our stay at all. Excellent communication, hosts were very friendly and welcoming, room was fresh and clean, private , from the moment we stepped into the room we were impressed! lovely showers , great bed, selection of teas/coffees and the small touches the hosts provide such as fruit/chocolates/biscuits were really appreciated. Its the little things that let the guest know that care and have taken the time and trouble to look after them. Perfect location, we were lulled to sleep to the sound of the ocean waves. I stayed in the Overnight Room which was quiet, clean and perfect for the one night i was staying in area. Close to beach and local cafes. Leanne (hostess) was there to greet and and make sure everything was ready Highly reccomend if you want somewhere a little more relaxed instead of hotels.
