Wir waren jetzt das 3. Mal da und waren total enttäuscht, dass wir beim Frühstück 35 min. in einer langen Schlange mit ca 40 Hotelgästen stehen mussten. Von anderen Gästen haben wir erfahren, dass es am Vortag auch schon so gewesen ist. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ein absolutes No Go. Das Personal hätte vielleicht hingehen können und kurz die Info geben können, dass es was länger dauert und um Verständnis bittet. Die Begrüssung des Kellners: Danke, dass Sie gewartet haben und ich habe einen schönen Tisch am Fenster '.....ja, was hätten wir denn seiner Meinung nach anderes machen sollen, ausser warten......passender wäre sicherlich die Begrüssung gewesen: Es tut uns leid für die Unannehmlichkeiten und dass sie so lange gewartet haben. Bereits gestern bei der Anreise erwartete uns an der Rezeption eine ganze Scharr von Gästen (ca. 30), die sich an 3 besetzen Schaltern versuchten in Geduld anzumelden. Nicht nur das man in dem unangenehmen kalten Durchzug stand, nein......es warteten auch noch einige Hotelgäste auf ihr Auto zur Abreise, was man natürlich als negativ auffasst, wenn man sich einchecken möchte, dass man in eine gefüllte Lobby kommt. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre sicherlich, dass man die eincheckenden Hotelgäste in die dahinter gelegenden Sitzgelegenheiten bittet und sie dann einzelnd aufruft, das hätte die Situation für ein 5 Sterne sicherlich entspannter und auch professioneller gestaltet. Schade, für diese negative Erfahrung

Recommendable

The check-in was a bit tricky as they couldn’t find the booking that we made through hotels.com but finally they let us enter the room which was a suite and therefore quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was at the standard you would expect from a five star hotel. Service was very friendly. But as we wanted to renter our room both keys did not work. Overall the atmosphere was a bit coolish. The main restaurant was closed and we had dinner in our room. Anyway, in total we enjoyed our stay.

We only stayed for one night and got in pretty late and weren’t able to utilize all the amenities. But the room and bathroom were spotless and the bed very comfortable. The service was also perfect. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Trotz der Einschränkungen die Corona mit sich bringt ist das Qualitäts- und Serviceniveau sehr gut. Besonders der Service, die Qualität und das Angebot während des Frühstücks ist hervorragend. Das Servicepersonal muss deutlich mehr leisten und vor allem laufen als in "normalen" Zeiten und bleibt dabei trotzdem sehr höflich, freundlich und zuvorkommend, Hut ab vor dieser Leistung. Insgesamt ein Hotel um sich sicher und gut aufgehoben zu fühlen.

Mein Sohn und ich haben drei sehr schöne Tage im Ritz Carlton und in der Autostadt verbracht. Die Suite, der traumhafte Pool im Mittellandkanal und das wunderbare Frühstück rundeten das Erlebnis perfekt ab. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, dabei stets angenehm unaufdringlich. Alle Daumen hoch, jederzeit gerne wieder!

Durchgängig freundliches und kompetene Mitarbeiter (-innen). Das Schwimmen im Außenbereich war ein Erlebnis. Die Küche war sehr gut.
