"Graham and Krista have put together a fabulous chic modern hotel that was a pleasure to stay at for our weekend getaway to Lake Wallenpaupack. The Lakelyn Lodge in Lakeville PA is a newly renovated hotel with a fabulous eye to detail and with great finishing touches. We were extremely pleased with the attention to our needs and the attentiveness of the owners. It was a top notch experience from start to finish. We highly recommend the Lakelyn Lodge and look forward to staying here again!"

"Check-in was 2 hours late. Rooms were not ready until 5:30 pm. Next morning we noticed there was water leaking from the AC unit. The maintenance guy came and had to replace the unit. We asked for another suite replacement and we had to wait 5 hours now. Front desk staff especially Melissa needs to correct her attitude. Instead of apologizing or comforting she did care less about it! It was only when the manager Lisa got involved things were getting resolved. The staff in Breakfast/ dining area...

"My wife and I just spent 2 nights at this property and paid $1300 for a superior large suite with fireplace. The room was lovely with a beautiful outlook to the woods. It was clean, fresh and well appointed, but was let down by the bathroom. It was large and clean but lacked a bath, and the shower had a curtain rather than a modern glass door (it may have been an accessible bathroom, but wasn't marked as such). Not a big deal, just surprising for such an otherwise luxurious room. The area is...

"It is a charming hotel, with actual metal keys. Much more personal than a chain hotel. The television signal was not consistent, which was not surprising for the hilly location. We really enjoyed our stay. The town has many small shops, eateries which are worth enjoying"
