"Man darf keine falschen Erwartungen haben. Dranske hat nicht den Charme der Kaiserbäder auf Usedom oder in Süd/Ost Rügen um Binz und Co. Es ist ziemlich abgelegen. There is a small laundry facility in Fynuss that can be booked by the hour, but reservations must be made days in advance. Uwi's WaschSalon in Binz is the closest Laundry. "
