We have been coming to this hotel for years because the Waterpark was perfect for our young son, but don’t plan on returning after this weekend. Our room was dirty (stains on floor, grime behind toilet paper and on faucets, plastic wrapper found on floor), the pool area was dirty (bandaids on floor, various yuck floating in the bigger pool and all over the floor of the kiddie Waterpark), one of the water slides was blocked off with caution tape, the basketball hoop was broken, and there were quite a few games not working in the arcade. There was also no clean towels accessible at the pool at all on Saturday or Sunday. The hotel also now charges an extra fee at check in when booking through Expedia, which was not mentioned prior to booking.

Property needs a ton of updating, including the larger pool area, rooms and shared spaces. The property would also greatly benefit from more focus around keeping all areas clean. Additionally, one of the exit doors didn’t even close entirely nor lock - but security concerns especially considering this place is geared to small kids.

The check in process wasn't bad, there was a little bit of a line but that wasn't an issue as they were checking people in as fast as they could. The hotel was run down and the grounds were too. General trash around the parking lot area not picked up and exterior doors were propped open which isn't ideal for a secure building. Once we got into our room we notice the texture/tape on the ceiling was separating in some areas. Not a big deal but this lead me to believe the property hasn't had the attention it needs to stay up to date. We requested a fresh towel set the second day which they said they would bring but never came. We talked to other guests that were there for a week and they asked the same. They had told us their room was never serviced and no new towels came. All that aside there was salt and dirt tracked near entry ways. Garbage from guests left in hallways. The bathrooms at the pool area never had toilet paper in either male or female restrooms along with no soap and no paper towels. This is highly disgusting as without those amenities guests can't wash and then they are going back into a pool. The other guests we spoke to said similar things to what we experienced. They had also mentioned it just changed owners and they new management laid off most of the staff. I could tell. It seems that the new management is going run a good hotel because lack of caring and investment. I wouldn't advise staying here.

Check in was fine , but was room needs updating seemed like it wasn't too clean as hair in tub on floor no toilet paper, no remote and bed to soft to sleep for any period of time . Pool is a bit slippery so that's not too clean and cold when its suppose to be heated and to top it off there was no pool towels as we asked twice each day and a few times said there is nothing they can do and use your room towel and then they wouldn't give you any more room towels . this place has changed for the worse

Our room wasn’t ready and we checked in three hours late. We waited in line for 45 mins to check in. Then we went to our and it wasn’t ready even thigh they said it was. The beds had no sheets or covers and they didn’t give us pillow cases until later that night. The pool was nice on the upside and my kids had a decent time.

I didnt like the fact when we check in was told to go through door 4 but was broken key card does t work. Finally when I got to our room stain on carpet and the patio door didn't lock. I was in the ground floor wit the patio door broken like 3 times I called and let front desk know I was brushed off that maintenance will be alerted . They never came. Went in person to complain and let them know I don't feel safe lady in front said checking in people to the rooms was more important she was rude I told her about my family safety she gave me attitude and told me she will personally check. Never came I check out early

Old property. Sheets on beds were worn and only gave a thin blanket for bedding. Room was clean but very old so does not look clean. Hallways and stairs were not vacuumed in quite done time - crumbs and wrappers everywhere. There was a towel shortage so pool did not have towels and no wash cloths in room. My son liked the ceiling lights and he enjoyed the pools and his stay.

We booked a multiple beds and bedroom suite with a king, two queens and a pull out couch. The room also had a jacuzzi. Although the room was very spacious, upon check-in, the room only had 1 bath towel. There were no other towels i.e. hand towels, face towels floor towels etc. We called and asked the front desk and they told us to go ask housekeeping. We went to housekeeping and they point us back to front desk. At the end of it, front desk told us they're still washing and folding towels so they don't have any more towels for us. They ended up giving us a bunch of pool towels until they have more bath towels. Also, the bathroom fan didn't work. The chair and couch in our room was dirty; we can see all the lint and hair and dust on the chairs. Also, there were no bedsheets on our king size bed. There was only a top sheet used as a bedsheet. The quality of the bed was also not what I expected; they were bouncing springs and the middle of the king bed was sloping inward. Don't let the pictures online fool you; this was me and my family's first and last time here.

There was food all over the hallways door 2 didnt work so they propped it open so anyone could get in the hotel. There were articles of clothing left from the previous people that was never picked up by housekeeping there was hair ties in the room that didnt belong to us. There was a dirty band aid on the blanket on the bed. There was no clock in the room and there was a piece of soap left behind the bathroom door. It was fun for the kids but hygenically it was disgusting.

We were very excited to visit this resort. Upon arrival, it took us 30 minutes to check in as only one person was at the desk. So it started out on a bad note. Then we got to our room and the linens and towels were dingy and rough. 5 guests and 4 sets if towels. Sticky floor in the entry further dissappointed iur expectations. We did find the pool on the 4th floor satisfactory and that was really all the kids cared about. However, no towels so we had to go back to the room for our bath towels then pick up a fresh set of bath towels for showers. All in all we were dissappointed. Lication was very goid but dont try to make a left tyrn on that busy street it was hazardous so we had to go right for a few blocks and turn around. I'm sorry I could not find much nice to say about this property except for the 4th floor pool.

I have been to other waterparks around the Dells. If I rate them: 1. Kalahari 2.Great Wolf Lodge 3. Mt. Olympus 4. Atlantis. (I would put it down as a 7 or 8 maybe if I stayed othe parks. ) In the room, No shampoo or conditioner for showers. The room was in fair.condition. No arcade for the kids was seen afterhours. I wouldnt recommend.

We visited this location for a family birthday with my family. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the front desk and provided our keys. We made our way to our room to discover our TV wasn’t working, internet wasn’t working and there was a hair comb from a prior stay under the pillows of one of our beds. The dresser was unsafe and would frequently fall over. I visited the front office to convey these concerns and requested to speak with a manager. A woman shared that she was the manager. Upon sharing my concerns, she did absolutely nothing to acknowledge or address my conveyed concerns. She proceeded to rush me off and when I requested a follow-up from her on my communicated concerns. She said she would and did not follow-up. Our phone that stopped working. The management at this location was unbelievably inconsiderate and demonstrated zero care for the problems with our room and stay. We will not visit this location ever again. That said, our time at Wisconsin Dells was a blast!!
