"The lobby office was never open during the entire stay. Tried using the service phone in the lobby, but it was never answered. Had to track someone down in the restaurant to check in. Had to check out through the restaurant as well on departure. While it is a beautiful place it was grossly understaffed. We are still having issues straightening out billing from our stay."
