"Our towels upon arrival were definitely dirty. They smelled like vomit. When housekeeping brought us fresh ones after the request of new towels, those did not have an odor. We also had a bathroom sink that did not drain at all, so it was almost impossible to use. "

"WE arrived a little early, not an issue, the checked us in and we even got a nice upgraded room. Staff was fantastic. the location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in the city for the weekend. they ended the stay with hold our bags for the entire rest of the day while we took advantage of a late flight home. Would highly recommend staying there to any of our friend or family going to visit Boston."

"Beautiful hotel with large rooms and easy access to Quincy Market and many other parts of the city. Such a nice atmosphere, but what stood out the most was the incredible staff. So friendly and helpful!"
