"The hotel room was clean and overall the room itself was nice. I was disappointed with the check in process. We tried to check in at 2 and was told we had to wait until 3. Along with other guests. There was only one person working the front desk and the line quickly became 10 people deep. it took almost 30 minute's just to get through the check in process. I understand rooms may not always be ready but to make everyone wait until 3:00 with only one person handling check-ins didn't make much sense and made arrival frustrating."
