Inn At The Forks

"Very nice hotel. Our room was modern, clean and extremely comfortable and the front desk staff were warm, professional and welcoming. Once we checked in, we were looking forward to a pleasant stay, but we were treated so poorly at the bar that I question if we will ever return.
After getting checked in and settled, we planned to go to the bar for a drink before heading out to dinner. When we checked in at the restaurant they said they could accommodate us at the bar, which we said was fine. We settled at the bar with a drink menu and waited to be served. And waited. And waited.
Bar staff constantly walked past us without a second look, waiting on other seated around us, but refusing to even acknowledge us. After 10-15 minutes without any acknowledgment we left. I did mention my issue at the desk and they were very apologetic but at this point the damage was done and we chose to find a place that was interested in our business.
Overall a nice location, but I don’t think we will be going back."

"Beds were comfortable enough, good showers. My only complaint is there is nowhere to sit at the front entrance. My elderly father had to stand while waiting for us to check in. Usually hotels have a seating area."

"Room was clean but dated. Air conditioning worked initially but not consistently. Coffee and tea available all day but it didn't stay hot.
Overall it was fine and the beds were comfortable. Great location to downtown and the Forks. Easily walkable."
