"A wonderful stay at Perla Apartments! The location is perfect, being a mere second from the beach. But the staff are the absolute highlight. They were all phenomenal—incredibly friendly, immensely helpful, and always smiling. Their service is truly exceptional, and I can't speak highly enough of their dedication."

"Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end. After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning. It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help. "Wir waren bis auf die Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Leider haben wir das Appartement nicht gereinigt übergeben bekommen, einige Sachen waren kaputt oder fehlten. Nach einer Beschwerde über diese Dinge, kam man uns leider auch nicht entgegen und die Mängel wurden nicht behoben. Die Putzfrau brachte uns lediglich in unserem 3wöchigen Aufenthalt 2x neue Handtücher und Toilettenpapier, geputzt wurde jedoch nicht! "The terrible rating is for Menada agents who make you travel 2km to pick up keys from their office. Also charge 20€ if you wish to check out earlier than 7am when leaving. The Royal Sun Apartments are very nice, just do not use Menada. The apartments have several different agents within the complex handling management of apartments."

Aphrodite Beach Hotel

10/10 Excellent

" It was high light off our trip to Bulgaria to stay in this hotel . Front desk friendly staff , Valentin our concierge and parking attendant , went well beyond for us to feel comfortable and safe to show us a parking place . And later in the evening , he drove us on hotel electric car and explained directions to local famous sights . Friendly restaurant personal always attended our questions , food was great and affordable . Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, including very useful beach bag ! Beach umbrellas and sun beds were included . Black Sea was magnificent ! We stayed there for a 3 days, hopefully next time it will be much longer !!! Thank you guys !!!"
