"So breakfast was included in our stay, but could not eat anything from it, no egg no sausage no bagels just expired yogurt that we had to tell them that was expired, the only thing that you could eat is make your own waffle that is it, if that’s you thing it a go place for you."
"Very disappointed with my stay. I paid a premium room rate expecting a clean and comfortable experience, but ended up dealing with bed bugs and multiple bites during the night. What made the situation worse was the response from the staff. Instead of showing empathy or genuine concern, they casually explained their “process” for handling such incidents, as if this was normal, and made no effort to compensate or even offer a discount for the inconvenience and discomfort caused.
For the amount charged, this level of service and hygiene is unacceptable. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and improves both room cleanliness and customer service."
"No check-in without driving to alternative hotel back towards town. Breakfast at 8-9:30….arrived at 8:30….no meat (bacon or sausage). Went to alert kitchen that many diners were seated and dissatisfied, and found note on kitchen door saying ‘back in 15 minutes’. Half hour later, returned and said ‘had to go pick up my papers.’ Breakfast ended, we all left with just eggs and pastries/yogurt. Rates increased, on-site service greatly reduced and breakfast disappointing. "
"We had a wonderful stay. We were there for two nights. Extremely clean, quiet, and close to shops and restaurants.
Every room has a balcony that overlooks the river. It was very peaceful.
They have a hot tub on site which you have to make a reservations for. But I actually enjoyed that because you don’t share a hot tub with strangers. Would definitely stay here again."
"It is a cute place, be ready for a more rustic experience as far as bathrooms and washrooms go. The only thing I didn’t like is that it was a very flimsy lock, and we were the only ones on property for most the stay with spotty cell phone service. That part didn’t feel safe. If there were on site help or other campers around I think I would have felt more safe."
