"We arrived an hour before check-in & our room wasn’t ready. A nearby clerk immediately jumped in to reassign a room so we didn’t have to wait - proactive & greatly appreciated after a long drive. This was our second stay at the Oxford. Staff is friendly & helpful. Rooms are clean & well appointed. Plenty of parking. Complimentary breakfast & evening wine is a lovely perk. Pool & hot tub a bonus!"

"Great experience. Wish they told us about the snacks for purchase when we arrived late at night and everything was closed. Also, we were really looking forward to the bar at the pool but it was closed for a private event the first day. Would have been good to know."

She never acknowledged me or said “I’ll be right with you.” She kept me waiting for 5-7 minutes while she completed her call and then asked if I was checking in with NO apology. Never talked about the amenities or where the ice machine was. Is this how you train your people? "

"All of the reviews are solid! What an interesting gem of a place! The chic cottage feel was such a treat, with cozy porch seating & firepits to really ice that cake. The staff were super friendly, and incredibly helpful. The room itself was cozy, comfortable, and clean. I typically have a hard time relaxing in new beds, but our bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and I had no issues winding down & nodding out. The location is also a bonus. Easy walk to downtown to find great restaurants, desserts, and drinks. Our primary event was at the Event Center, which is an easy mile and a half walk, or drive past downtown. Will definitely revisit!"
