"Very pet friendly property. Greeted us with treats for our two dogs. Clean room albeit a little dated. But clean. Helpful staff. They did offer a dog park area but clearly people do not respect the directions of picking up after their own pets. Lots of dog waste unfortunately. Overall comfortable stay and helpful staff."

"The hotel was peaceful and the room I was in was very nice and clean. The view from my window was spectacular. Dining options around the area were nice. I was really happy for the parking garage offered to hotel guests as well. I came to watch a Shakespeare play and it was extremely walkable to the theater."

"The Peerless was a nice stay for a couple nighta on our trip up the coast. We stayed in the honeymoon suite. Plenty of space and quiet during our stay. The adjustable shades made the views customizable. So we could open them more to see the mountain views or close them. There are homes and businesses on all sides, but still felt private. "This is a family owned and run hotel. They are friendly and very personable. I stay there to support small family business. Every time I visit I am greeted personally as they know me. They continually upgrade and improve the property. Highly recommend. "

"They no longer serve breakfast, but the hospitality was great, bed was very comfortable, and nice outdoor seating in a garden area where we were visited by deer. It is in easy walking distance of downtown with excellent restaurants and the Shakespeare Festival theaters."
