The temperature was freezing during my stay in March. Someone from the Front Desk came by and changed the thermostat from Auto to On. That was not effective. The temp fluctuated back and forth from what I set to extremely cold (like outside temp). I'm familiar with these fluctuations but not at the extreme alternative cold side. I had to wear my winter jacket in the room.

Decent hotel. Stayed less than 24 hours. Friendly staff, free airport shuttle. Hotel breakfast was what I expected. Would stay again. The only down side was the bathroom was a tad small. Toilet very close to shower, but that would be my only complaint

Very convenient, clean, a little dated
Stayed 12/18/23 for one night to be close to the airport for a 6am flight. Had two double beds for my 2 kids (13&11) and myself. Room was clean, slightly dated- the bathroom more so than the room. Had a fridge & microwave, and plenty of convenient outlets and a couple usb ports for charging our devices. Location was perfect (<5mins to airport) and price was reasonable for a place to sleep. Could have easily saved a rental day on my car rental since the shuttle is available 24 hrs a day - it was at the front door when we checked out at 4:15am

I've stayed few times at this location, usually for park, sleep, fly. This time is was just an overnite stay. I feel 4 stars is too much, 3 is too little. Location is close to BDL, otherwise has a bit of run down feeling

Extremely convenient location for Hartford airport. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Streaming options available on the TV. Terrific tile in the bathrooms. Will stay again.

Near the airport which was convenient. Beautiful area near Connecticut River, trail by the canal in fall with the foliage, just beautiful. Great vacation!

George, I think was the concierge at the front desk was very helpful and filled with helpful tips and tricks. I don't know if there's anything that can be done about the noise, the walls seem thin. I can hear occupants next to me snore and loud tv. I can also hear people stomping around above. Breakfast was good and the carry out breakfast is a great thought.

I think when we checked in the girl at the desk must’ve had many things on her mind. We never got the wake up call we requested. I’m thankful that my alarm worked. Also, why aren’t there outlets next to the bed? Makes it very inconvenient.

Great and affordable place to stay near the airport. There is a free shuttle that comes twice an hour to transport people to and from the airport, which is convenient! Close to a few restaurants that are within walking distance. They also provide a free breakfast bag for super early morning departures.
