"The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff was pleasant. But the check in process was very slow and cumbersome. We stayed there twice and both times we waited at the front desk for a long time. The "free" breakfast was the same highly processed food you find at all chain hotels these days."

"Main reason I gave a good rather than excellent is the details. The shower gel was outside the tub/bath while the shampoo and conditioner were in the enclosure - just doesn't make sense. There were always desk attendant but just didn't seem friendly or professional. The space could use some updates to be on the same level as other similar priced hotels Ive stayed."

"I really enjoyed the property and the staff. The room was very clean, we received new towels and sheets every day, the pool was clean the indoor and outdoor one. Amenities were also nice, they do have a Starbucks in the lobby which was awesome! Overall I would recommend and would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Fort Collins again."
