Clean and quiet in spite of a large group of families with children.
Surprised to find paper plates, plastic cutlery and paper cups in the breakfast room. Please be environmentally responsible and use china and flatware.
Breakfast was good with many options.
Breakfast was good (above average). Room wasn’t serviced on a two-day stay. (Knocked once at 9am when in shower and never came back.) Was able to park one night in main car park and had to stay one night in public car park opposite - instructions were a little difficult to follow but got it worked out eventually so not too bad and decent option when main car park filled up. Much quieter than staying at the casino. Convenient for crossing to Detroit. Bars/restaurants nearby were good.

The tiolet was stopped up the entire time we were there. They brought us a plunger that did fit inside the hole. We told them and it seemed that they didn't care.
The lady who checked us out was really nice. She paid for our parking

Parking was poorly arranged . Tv was not working properly . I should have been offered sone kind of rebate . Room was perfect . Hitel is clean and modern .

Noisy due to guest parties, parking in offsite parking garage was inconvenient, and the small lobby area was congested. The room, service and facilities were great.

Guests were partying until 4am despite me placing 3 noise complaints.
Rooms smelled like cigarettes and weed.

The staff were amazing. Very clean motel. I was quite surprised to see a security person walking around the halls, so was very impressed with that. The negative is that there isn’t enough parking on the property. But all in all I would recommend this property.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Lobby could be a bit bigger and to be honest, parking was a nightmare. Paid for parking and had to park 3 blocks away.

Very nice place. Room was clean and tidy. We had a beautiful view of the Detroit River. Staff was helpful and able to answer any questions. Parking lot was full so we had to use a nearby parking garage which was inconvenient, but the hotel gives you a voucher that covers the cost. Elevators can be a bit of a wait as there are only two and they aren’t very fast. The included breakfast was great. All in all, I would return again.

Although the reception area was small and there were lots of people checking in, the staff was well organized with pre-printed check-in material and friendly and helpful. The parking lot at the back could use another exit point — that got a bit confusing and required us to back up to get out.
The breakfast was better than expected and the rooms were clean.

The room we stayed in was very nice. The gentleman who checked me in was very kind and helped me resolve a payment issue at check in that I hadn’t anticipated. The continental breakfast was the best I’ve had in ages and the location was perfect. Parking is not easy to secure, even if you prepay but I lucked out with parking right behind the hotel at check and in a nearby parking ramp later in the day. I would stay here again however make sure you are ONLY using a major credit card.
