"We loved staying here. Units were clean tidy and comfortable, water pressure was out the gate. Its pet friendly which was a big draw card for us. The only thing we didn't like was parking. The driveway was extremely narrow and parking at times could be congested and challenging. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and we would be happy to reccomend The Northcote Motor Lodge to all travellers. We will be back💕🐾 "

"Spotless and modern. Wish the corporate company didn’t send out 7 texts in 24 hours — especially as they were touting for extra room nights and upgrading me (at my cost) Reception said it’s automatic."

"Loved the location right next to bus terminal, food shopping across the street, and walkable to so many great venues. The hotel offers so many different room types and includes a communal cooking, gathering space. My room (with bathroom) was small, but comfortable and quiet - with a library and outdoor space on the same floor. Have already booked it for our next visit."

"Historical convenient location"

"Really enjoyed this stay. I stayed on the top level, it was quiet, warm and clean. Was really impressed with the cleanliness. Staff were vedy lovely. Had my own cooking facilities and great selection of coffee and teas. It was a 5 minute walk to the city centre as well which was very helpful. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend."
