"Our family of four stayed here for four nights while skiing at Okemo Ski Resort, and we had a wonderful experience. Our room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was spectacular—far beyond our expectations. The lady in charge of breakfast, with short blonde hair, was incredibly kind and attentive. She constantly made sure everything was fully stocked, and before breakfast ended, she kindly announced the closing time and asked guests if they needed to grab anything before it closed. I have never experienced that level of thoughtfulness at any hotel before. Another thing that really set this place apart was that fruits, tea, coffee, juice, and more were available all day and into the night for guests to help themselves. This is very different from most hotels and made us feel truly welcomed. Every evening, there was a pianist playing in the lobby for hours, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. For the first time in my life, I preferred spending time in the lobby rather than staying in my room. All of the staff were extremely friendly—from the front desk to everyone we encountered during our stay. The pool was much larger than expected, with a deep end of about 10 feet, and it was wonderfully warm. The only area for improvement would be the shampoo containers in the shower. They were very small and not easy to use, although the staff were generous and happy to provide more upon request. Installing larger, refillable wall-mounted container"

"Great location for Okemo skiing. Only about 10 mins drive away. But there’s no daily house keeping - you’d have to put garbage and towels outside in the morning. But the price reflects that and I’m ok with it. "

"The staff was absolutely lovely. The Inn has a complimentary wine and cheese spread from 1730-1830. The hotel staff is on hand and its a great way to get to know fellow travelers and the staff themselves. My friend and I went both nights we were there and talked with Dave, one of the owners and the second night we spoke with Shawn (spelling?) We talked of books and going to Connecticut, to Yale and Mystic for Pizza. "

"Everything about this place is amazing, the homey feel, the cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere ran by people who put love and care into their inn, people who care about their guests and provides top notch hospitality. We were able to check in 2 hours early, Ally gave us all the perfect recommendations around town. They had a small menu with light bites and wine available for purchase. Super convenient when you can text their number for any requests, with quick response time. They brought our light bites and wine up to our room, there’s also free coffee, tea, and games in their warm and nicely holiday decorated guest living room. Cherry on top, breakfast was included in our stay with a wide spread of eggs, bacon, juices, bagels, yogurt… etc Excellent choice of stay for our short weekend ski trip. Cozy and welcoming definitely coming back. "
