The breakfast was cooked to order, but also cereals and continental breakfast available too. The guesthouse is convenient for Windermere centre, approx 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants, but in a quieter back road. "

"Lovely guesthouse with private parking situated just 5 minutes from Bowness centre and lake ferry point etc. Spotlessly clean with very comfortable super king bed (superior room). Nicely furnished. Added bonus was a good sized fridge and large fan which we needed as there was a heatwave. Breakfast was delicious. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to park up prior to check-in in as we arrived a little early. Will definitely be returning!! "
