"I wanted to provide feedback regarding my recent stay. Overall, most of my experience at your facility was great. However, on the day of departure, after placing our luggage into our rental vehicle, the rest of my party noticed what we feel was purposely placed dog feces directly behind our vehicle. Unfortunately, it got on our luggage and shoes before we realized it. We had to stop to clean everything out and later have the rental professionally cleaned before returning it. This was extremely upsetting and put a negative ending on an otherwise enjoyable stay."
