"Difficult to park nearby and no space at the hotel. If mobility is a problem this may not be the hotel for you. Breakfast was excellent, and breakfast staff, bar staff very efficient and friendly. No pillow options and staying in the courtyard meant we heard visitors returning late and lingering outside to chat. Great location though and just steps away from the Cathedral. Very nice private terrace for guests overlooking Cathedral Green."

"Spent 2 nights here clean comfortable helpfull staff,quiet once pub closed . Plumbing a bit tired but power shower worked well.Had a meal in the pub first night was nice & good value. Breakfast is dissappointing.Its in your room a sort of continental type of thing Room is priced accordingly overall U was happy.It is budget priced so dont expect a penthouse"

However, staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly when we were looking for a table for 6 at breakfast when the staff went out of their way to oblige, despite the fact that the hotel was otherwise full of MGT owners for their two days away."

"Absolutely wonderful staff, we got upgraded to a suite which was a bonus as it was our wedding anniversary. Treatment area is absolutely amazing and so relaxing, you can sit pre and post treatment to relax. Treatment was amazing!! Despite us being informed that a member of staff was off sick in the morning, so my husband and I had half the treatment time each, it was still amazing. Lunch was decent and breakfast was cooked upon request and tasted good. Thank you for a memorable experience!! The only downside was that there are no restaurants nearby, so we had to get a cab to the nearest one which proved a nightmare when trying to get back around 11."
