"Average room but still nice"

"The staff were nice and addressed concerns I had with loud guests. It was the weekend starting spring break so just rowdy children but the night manager was great addressing it. The only issue I had is that I booked the room under me and paid for it. My friend called to add herself to the reservation and the hotel did it without even verifying with me that it was ok. All my friend did was give my name and say my flight was delayed. Upon check in, they completely removed me off the reservation. While I understand your staff was doing my friend a favor and I’m glad it worked out- verifying with said guest that this person is with them is important. I’ve had plenty of stalkers and it’s alarming to know all she did was give my name and you completely took me off the reservation. Apart from that, the floor in the room was gross, but overall it was adequate for a quick stay."

"Gym is decent however the scale needs replaced or some TLC. Couple times I’ve been the hot tub has been off. Breakfast is amazing. I stayed in the two bedroom apartment a one bedroom apartment and a suite had an issue with an AC and one of the rooms wasn’t awful though the last room we stayed in was missing a drain plug for the bathtub and sitting at the dinner table, eating dinner and something happened in the lightbulb popped out and dropped to the floor was kind of weird but OK. Staff has always been wonderful when you can get their attention. They are very busy most of the time attending to other guests so I understand but when you are able to get their help, they have been great. All in all I’d say 4.5/5.0 "

"Comfortable clean room, accommodating staff with early check in, airport shuttle. Only complaint would be restaurant wasn’t open during the day for lunch"

"TV in the room didn’t work. I took the remote down to the front desk in case it needed batteries. It worked. So he told me to check the TV cable and make sure it was right. I checked the cable with, but it was difficult because I’d just had cancer surgery on my hands. The problem was that the TV had power, but it wouldn’t turn on. I told the guy at the front desk, but every time I tried to talk to him, he was on his cell phone having a romantic conversation. He kept pulling his hair down over his eyes. He couldn’t care less. The A/C barely worked and was extremely loud when it came on and shut off. It kept me awake for most of the night. I take medication to sleep, so the fact that it kept me awake was unheard of happening. I got what I paid for. I won’t be back."

"The property was under construction. The housekeeping was not cleaning up after the construction crew. Whitney the night receptionist did not notify us that the elevator from the second floor to the third floor that was operating. However, when we got to the elevator, it had a sign that said use the elevator to the second floor and then walk to the third floor. We are handicapped. When we went to ask the receptionist about it she said oh you can use the elevator. Ignore the sign. So because she was too lazy to remove the sign she was making people walk from the second floor up the stairs to the third floor."
