The room is downstairs in a condo with not enough separation from host's space on second floor. The host was considerate about giving us privacy, but the physical arrangement was a little uncomfortable. The living room was very comfortable.

Book your stay!
We spent one night with Jim because we were in town for a wedding. We enjoyed staying in the hills outside of the city. It was quiet and beautiful. Jim was very welcoming, accommodating and kind. He even lent my husband one of his personal ties because he forgot his own tie to go with his suit. We both slept comfortably and soundly. Book your stay with Jim!

Would definitely stay there again
We enjoyed our stay. Our kind host contacted us to let us know that our room was ready earlier than the posted check in time in case we wanted to arrive early, and we did. He met us and showed us around. We slept well in the comfortable bed and enjoyed the extra touches like fresh flowers and cozy throws.

Cozy little condo with 2 available rooms. We rented both. Jim greeted us and gave us a tour. It was the perfect spot for the holiday weekend. 10/10 would recommend and stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality, Jim!

It was away from the busy crowded Main Street. Very quiet saw deer and plenty of birds which I was wanting.

We had a very pleasant stay! Even though the are the common share spaces we crossed paths.The property owners was polite and helpful. It was very clean in our room. we had everything we needed with a fridge, micro, and coffeemaker. The property is also close to everything we wanted to do in any direction. We'll definitely be staying here when we return! :)

Great place!
Great little spot for a quick getaway. Close to Dripping Springs and plenty of different activities. The host Jim was very courteous and provides a welcoming home.

We had a family wedding to attend in the area and this B & B was perfect for our needs - comfortable room and bed, very nice bathroom. The price was excellent for the area and less than hotels we checked on before booking this room. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was very pleasant. Our upstairs room was lovely and roomy with big windows and a very comfortable bed. It’s location in the darling town of Wimberley was perfect! Jim was a very gracious host!

This was just enough for what we needed. We were attending a wedding and knew we wouldn't be spending a lot of time in our room. The dpace was clean, but a little on the small side.

A nice place to stay
All the necessary details were provided about parking and entry codes. Parking was very convenient. Owner was there at check in to give overview and answer any questions. We had use of the entire downstairs, which was nice even though we never had time to use it. Nice sized living area, kitchenette and outdoor patio. Amenities were good. We’re picky about showers…this one was small and not great water pressure but the water was hot. This room feels like staying in a friend’s extra bedroom in terms of privacy. Door has its own key but sound travels.

Excellent Place
Stayed 4 nights for Formula 1 race. Very clean place with comfortable bed and hot shower. The general living areas were spacious and again clean. Owner very outgoing and friendly yet gave us plenty of privacy. Stacked washer n dryer was a great touch. Easy to find with parking next to residence including ample lighting. Close to Natural Spring Reserve and quaint town. Great dining nearby. I highly recommend this place...felt like home and not some over priced Hotel.

Check in was sketchy due to the owner having electrical work being done, but it was completed by evening. Owner refunded us &50 for our inconvenience. Very helpful and considerate. Use of washer and dryer was helpful
