This was our 3rd stay at Tru in Wilson. The property is clean and conveniently located in the center of Wilson’s business district which boosts a variety of dining options nearby. Definitely want to give a shout out to the amazing and friendly staff, especially Lavon at the front desk. Her pleasant demeanor and accommodating personality definitely keep us coming back and prevent us from looking for other pet friendly properties in the area.

When I arrived at my hotel to check in, I was told that Expedia had cancelled my reservation without alerting me. Fortunately there was one remaining room but not the category I had reserved (2 beds).

Tru was a great option as it was within 30 minutes of the Rocky Mount Sports Complex. Staff was great and the hotel was clean.

We checked in got our room key but someone else was in our room. Super awkward but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and seemed as though she inherited some issues from the previous shift. I just wished offered something for the inconvenience and embarrassment.

This place is very new and super clean, with a quick 2 minute walk you can get some shopping done and eat at some good restaurants on the mall across the street. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

I would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room so I didn't have to get groomed and dressed to go downstairs and pick up a coffee before I showered.

Tru by Hilton in Wilson NC was awesome. We were in town for a robotics competition at ECU. It was about a 35 min drive to ECU. The hotel is nice, clean and quiet. Staff was amazing, offering dining recommendations and just pleasant in general. If we are in tye are we will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is decorated very colorful and modern, and I thought everything was thoughtful in the layout. It smelled so clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend!
