"The best part of this hotel is that it is close to Wegmans, Route 22, and a short drive to Bethlehem. I booked a kitchen suite only to find that the cupboards were completely empty and you have to request dishes, cookware, and flatware. Once I requested it, it was delivered (minus the flatware) in a plastic bin. The hotel was quiet, the bed was comfortable, but the TVs are old and do not have streaming. "The restored Wilbur Mansion was spectacular. The rooms were huge, the location was convenient, the amenities were perfect, the old architecture elements and history were fascinating, and the staff made us feel right at home. The dinner at the restaurant was one of the best we've ever had."

"The first room i was assigned was not cleaned i videoed the issues took it to front desk and they apologized and switched me the bathroom was not cleaned hair on walls and tub and dried up toothpaste on the since knob and one of the staff offered to clean it and what he did next i was out of there how you cleaning with no chemicals and tissue.. in the second room was ok so i stayed my 2 nights but will not stay there again needs upgrading and better cleaning crew"
