I booked through expedia.com who reserved the wrong room. When i got there i was told they were sold out deal with it for days i requested to be moved and was told no until one of employees nice gentleman name look switched my room wich I was greatfull for but then I called Expedia back to let them know what was going on they gladly lied said they would comp me 3 days stays then when they contacted the hotel the lady maid all kinds of accusations and threw me out of the hotel not only threw me out but also called the police and sent 3 housekeepers to my room while I was out of my room some of my belongings were stolen. Ridiculous absolutely absurd ive never been treated like that at any hotel ivd stayed at something is and does need to be done through corporation. Other guests would come down stairs and wait for there room to be cleaned only to return and nothings been done clean towels left on the beds they dont change there sheets for 7 days absolutely disgusted by the hold stay. Then to contact Expedia only to be told to spend $325. To up graid insurance policies and they would reimburse me but only if I pay them first seriously no thank you I walk by faith not by sight.
