I’m disappointed with Expedia. I made arrangements to attend the hotel property and North Carolina. For a price of $109 per day. I was only going for the weekend. Expedia I made arrangements for me a month ahead of time instead of the month and date I requested. The cost for me to stay became double. Stood at only offers room service for making the bed cleaning the bathroom vacuuming every other day. As well as towels. There are no amenities in the room they gave you shampoo, conditioner, and soap. No glasses they claimed they do a lot but they do less. The coffee pot look like a children’s coffee pot, it would be impossible to handle. The only thing I could say about the hotel the breakfast brunch was good and staff members were nice. For the amount of money I had to paid due to Expedia. I would never use them again nor would I ever use this hotel again. It’s not cheap people, but Expedia makes you believe it is and then makes you feel you made the mistake with the booking and to see that you paid double for the hotel when you attend.

Several things (ice machine, computers, etc) were always out-of-order. We were not informed that housekeeping visits only every other day (not fun when you get back to your room at the end of the day and the place is just the way you left it). Complimentary coffee in lobby was ONLY available on Sundays. Parking was either $30 at hotel or 2-hour meters in neighborhood.

Thank you for your review of the Springhill Suites Wilmington Mayfaire.I have a few questions.We offer free coffee each day from about 6am through breakfast. Additionaly, we dont have any paid parking around the hotel or meters so i am confused by who you might have paid. Look forward to your next stay. Safe travels.

Property seem run down need of a make over. Rugs need a shampoo walls need paint job. Bed is uncomfortable and breakfast is average. Best part is the location walkable to many restaurants and drive to Wrightville beach is around 20 minutes Overall rating is a 3.

Great property. Awesome staff. After a flight delay, we arrived at 12;45am! Greeted by Gage at reception with a smile! Definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Wilmington. 15 minutes from airport.

The staff showed care and concern when I feel in the lobby area going to the restroom and bruised my elbow. The wet floor sign was up. I didn't think I would fall.Other than that, my stay was fine.

I always have a nice stay here. It is easy to check in, it is close to the planet fitness and my work. It is quiet, it is clean. It is near many decent restaurants. This is my go to spot when I come to Wilmington.

why do hotels put kids on the top floor???????
When I first made my reservation, I ask for a room on the very top level, but didn't get it. My wife and I had to deal with children running at night over our room. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk the next morning but nothing changed. Again we had to deal with it again the following night. I was very, very displeased, and my wife and I did not get any rest that weekend.

We arrived early and I was happy because they were able to check us in early but the room they gave us was dirty. Trash, unmade beds, soiled towels and the bathroom was bad. They found us another room quickly. Coffee is not available unless you use the coffee maker in the room. There was a wedding party and they took the hotel over. The hotel should have used the conference room for the group for breakfast because they took over the entire eating area and didn't leave because they were socializing. It was extremely chaotic. First time at this hotel and not quite what I expected.
