"Very nicely recently renovated property. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Mattresses are a bit soft but tolerable. My only complaint is that like many places they now have a two night minimum stay. Many people are simply passing through and need a place or only have one night that they can stay. Ver prompt response when we had issues with the TV in our room although unable to fix offered us to move to another room and when we declined that offered us 20% off our stay."

"The rooms were very clean. It’s an old property that has been renovated and updated. Feels very cozy. Parking is tight but, it works fine. The complimentary, made to order weekend breakfast is delicious. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Most other patrons we ran into were very friendly. It felt similar to camping but, in a hotel room. They have a fire pit and you are in the shadow of Mount Whiteface. Myself, my wife, the kids and my
