Toilet had a stain on lid that was nasty. Microwave had a broken door. What looks like blood stains on skirt of mattress. Patched and ripped wallpaper and some stains and dirt on carpet. Broken data jack on lamp. Aside from that, everything was fine.

Misshap at check in didnt ruin stay.

The stay was fine except for check in. The clerk gave me the wrong key and I walked in on people in the room. Once we got passed that, the stay was what I expected. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with very good service by the gentleman working the kitchen.

The staff was helpful and friendly..the room was ok but needed some TLC..the wallpaper coming off the wall the microwave was broken and my nonsmoking room smelled of old cigarettes

Falling apart

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis for business. Over the last few months I have noticed that the hotel has deteriorated. The a/c was blowing warm air, the bath tub was poorly patched, the carpet was frayed in several places and there were ants in the room. I did complain but they didn't offer to move me to any other room. I don't know if I will return to this hotel any time soon.

Unforgettable

This Comfort Inn is tired and worn. Definitely needs sprucing up. If your wireless service is AT&T, forget it. WiFi doesn’t work! If you leave your room after housekeeping staff comes around, once, they do NOT come back and clean your room! There is no manager, or any one in charge on premises, if there is any problem over the weekend!

Needs Work

Needs a lot of updating. Every piece of equipment in the gym was broken. The toilet in my bathroom overflowed. Staff was nice

Hotel was fine for a quick overnight, I wouldn’t recommend staying for an extended period of time. Shower took a half hour to get warm. Breakfast was great and staff was very nice.

The front desk and all other staff encountered were extremely friendly. The problems occurred with the air conditioning (did not work overnight); spotty wi-if connection; and numerous inoperable lights in the room.

Have stayed here twice and would do it again

My husband and I booked this hotel for our anniversary because we stayed here about two years before this because of a house fire and received amazing service from start to finish. Once again, they didn't cease to satisfy and were friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and organized well. Bed and sheets felt amazing. Breakfast was on point (fresh stuff was actually fresh with a wide variety of options). When we checked in, the lady behind the counter (and I can't remember her name to save my life) was dealing with an extremely difficult couple. She tried to be as accommodating as humanly possible but, these people were just extremely rude and when she offered an extra pillow, the female said, very rudely, "I want two. It's the least you could do." I was shocked but, the lady behind the counter remained professional the entire time. Absolutely will stay again.

Reunion

The bed was comfortable, but we needed more air conditioning,,tissues and toilet paper were to cheap and not soft. Also could use better breakfast and coffee .But the stay was comfortable

The staff member at check-in was the best thing about this hotel. The place looked unkept and run down. The first impression of the room was a lumpy bed and a scrawny 6" mattress. The furniture was worn down; the fixtures were terrible. The place felt like a dump.

Whenever I am visiting family and friends, I like to stay at this hotel. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. I find the rooms very convenient and the staff are always cheerful, accommodating, and pleasant. I have been staying here for years. What I would change would be to maybe wall mount the room TVs so you can lay down I. Bed and see the screen. Sitting on a very los dresser, doesn’t work. I would also like to see walk-in showers.
