"First room was dirty but the front desk lady changed rooms. Carpet need to be vacuumed in it and it Looked like there was a smear of Pooh on the bathroom floor- took a picture of it and the desk clerk stated it was just a burn in the linoleum . Weird that they wouldn’t fix that. As it was right in the middle of the bathroom floor."

"Beautiful cabin, surrounded by woods. Only stayed here for 2 days but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Host is also amazing - we came in very late and our cabin was ready to go. We parked literally next to the stairs. We had full kitchen in our cabin - which is fully stocked with all the things needed to cook meals. Comfy bed/pillows in main bedroom (there were 2 futons to be used as beds but we didn't need to). Clean bathroom and tub. Cold water was COLD, hot water was HOT! We didn't have time to use the attached covered patio area, may be next time. Highly recommended."

"We had 2 nights at Denali view which is owned and run by Dawn & James, we stopped as a break near Talkeetna on our way to Denali National Park. The cabin we stayed in was clean and warm with the first double bunk bed I have come across and was set in woodland close to the main lodge. The breakfast in the main lodge is first class, the best we’ve had in Alaska, Dawn the hoist makes her own sourdough bread, as well as making and baking other delicious breakfast items (I can personally recommend the cinnamon French toast), she is welcoming, helpful, super well informed regards close by restaurants, local amenities and things to do. We would definitely go back and wish them both all the best for taking their business into the future."
