"Very good, but… the hall ways and rooms had musty smells. The room was quite small. It’s European, so no air conditioning in hall ways, which is annoying. The beds were way too soft for my liking. For this same price you can get more luxurious options. But it wasn’t bad for 1 night passing through. And the staff were very nice. Breakfast not bad."

"This is a great hotel to stay in for a couple nights. I'm not the hugest fan of the location but the hotel is decent. Small critiques would be they need to add a little paint to the bathrooms and figure a way to eliminate the old smell in the hallways. The staff is superb! The food is great. Drinks are costly but it's expected at a 5 star hotel."

They understood our concerns very well and were always proactive in helping and maintaining cleanliness. Rooms and overall hotel ambience were excellent, neat, and comfortable. The service quality truly stood out and made our Kerala trip experience much better. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended."
