The staff was great. The room was clean and water hot. The bed was the worst and NEEDS to be replaced. Its old and sags in the middle. The platform has two metal rails that jut out and are hazardous.

For the price of rooms in Williamsburg, this was great. Our bed was comfy, the shower was great, the staff was great and was one of the only hotels I found with a continental breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall the stay was good, we didn’t have any problems. Beds were comfortable room was clean. Couch bed wasn’t in the best shape and broken. We managed to fix it enough for our smaller kids to still use it and they said it was comfortable. Overall a good stay we would return

Nice place to stay

The hotel isn't the fanciest but i didn't want fancy. I wanted affordable yet nice and this hotel is a great place to stay. And I can not express enough how wonderful the staff is. The young men working are so sweet and always a smile on their face. The ladies that cleaned were just as warm and friendly as well. I truly enjoyed myself!!

Room was ok needs a little updating but they are working on the property. Staff was very friendly. Wish they had better options at breakfast. Didn’t like they offered pitches of OJ were anyone can use it and add something if they wanted.
