Our room was immaculate. It was apparently refurbished and was very nice. We've stayed here for many times over the years and was sad to hear it will be closing the end of this December and is being sold. We hope the new owners keep it as a resort.

The room was nice, clean and well appointed. The check in desk staff was welcoming and efficient. However, the concierge was quite annoying and pressured us tour the facility. After check in, we continued to receive emails regarding scheduling a tour. We visited for a family weekend not a time share presentation.

This was a last minute get away for us and it was absolutely amazing. The entire process was quick and painless. The staff members that we spoke with were professional, friendly, and helpful. The accommodations were much better than what the pictures depict. I would recommend giving them a try. 10/10 stars from our experience.
