"Breakfast was expensive but good. There is a trolley stop nearby so I was able to ride the free trolley to and from the concert at Simmons Back Arena which was really convenient. The employees at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling alone but felt safe walking downtown at night. I would stay at this property again. "

"I would not stay here again. It looks nothing like the pictures. Our towels were never replaced even though cleaning service would take them so we would have to ask for more every day of our stay. The shower was gross and had an awful odor. We asked for two water bottled for the coffee machine and we were told they were supposed to be in the room already- they were not, so we asked how we could go about getting the ones that were supposed to come in the room. We could purchase in the gift shop. The place was really run down and not what we would have hoped. This is likely our last stay with a Hilton or even wanting to keep our Hilton honors. The TV was also non- working. No service available on every channel."

"Everything great except parking which was $32 a day and valet only. At busy times they couldn't keep up. Big traffic jam in front of the hotel. 20 min wait to get the car. What a mess."

"This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Little Rock. I normally can give 5s for everything. Unfortunately a lighting outage caused a delay in checking in and WiFi troubles. Both things were out of any staff members hands but they handled it so well. Kudos to an amazing staff team!"

"The Breakfast was excellent changed the meat and omelet up a little each day. Hot gravy and biscuits with a waffle maker, muffins , oatmeal, juice milk, yogurt .. there was something for everyone …Parking was in a safe secure parking garage right behind the Motel gated and secure … "

"Had to call maintenance to come and fix tv. The toilet ran almost non stop! And it was very loud! And made it difficult to sleep! The hot tub wasn’t thoroughly cleaned prior to us being able to use it. So we had to clean it prior to using it. At about 9:30 a m the next day we had the do not disturb sign in the door. And there were still two interuptions he was from housekeeping unexpectedly We had a do not disturb sign hanging in the door. Also, overnight, the tv stopped working again.
