"Broken fire detector. Ants in the room. Room was nonsmoking but people were smoking in the hallway or room nearby. Staff was friendly."

Room on the small side and the sink was on the outside I really dislike that!! Air conditioner was comfortable, but sounded like a plane taxing on the runway, in the morning got louder."

"Clean and comfortable room, smaller room but that wasn’t a surprise, no towels at the pool and smaller selection for breakfast. Good place for a short stay while visiting Ocean City!"

"Very clean, two minute to the beach, and very nice pool! Only downside is no wi-fi and you can't hook up a console or streaming device to watch streaming apps. Also wish there was more parking. Thankfully we were always able to get to a spot before it was full but late night goers may struggle. Definitely a nice spot for those who don't care about that stuff and close to the beach."

"This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The musty damp smell of cigarettes was so disgusting. While checking in the front desk lady was rude. A guest was complaining of the smell in their room and she did not seem surprised or do anything about it. I would never stay at this hotel ever again."

" On June 22, 2026 i Barbara Barrett Harris and husband rented a hotel stay at the Majestic at ocean city Md our complaint are as follows: First they tried to give me the wrong room this room you barely could walk around between the bed and wall we expained that i use a walker that why i payed for the larger room. Next the laundry the towel were hung up with yellow and green chemical stain another towel to replace the chemical stain towel had several dirty stain on it. The refrige did not work...

"The hotel was under heavy renovation and it was pretty evident everywhere except for the front entrance area. The carpets in the hallway were extremely dirty and the stairway seemed to be falling apart. If it weren't for the renovations actively happening, I would have just assumed the place was falling apart. Our room appeared to be in much better condition upon first glance, but that changed once we got back to our room for the night. We dropped our bags off and that had to go to another...
