"Room was on another building "

"Stayed in a room that was “refurbished”, while it was still nice the only thing refurbished was the flooring!!! I would have preferred the old carpet for comfort over the new vinyl plank flooring. Same bathroom (including standard height toilet), furniture, cabinets and same wall paper and paint. So “refurbished”, not really. Stick to replacing carpet. Vinyl plank cheapens and removes the upscale feel. Nice, but."

"Yes we had to walk to the path to see the ocean room was clean but had very hard time figuring how to work the TV had to go to the front desk for instructions "

"The hotel is great but the pool was not operational. The rooms are great but the pillows are awful. The view is excellent. The staff is friendly. The food is great!!"

"The door to our balcony wouldn't open. We got moved to another room and the door to the room would not shut. Very annoying. The staff seemed to not care. You can hear everything from all your neighbors. The view was nice."
