"Loved the breakfast! Chef Russell prepared an amazing omelet! We arrived in time for evening reception, enjoyed our cocktails and then requested the shuttle drive us down to the Cascade shopping area. The shuttle driver was so kind and helpful! The room was nice, and had a flatscreen in the living area as well as the bedroom. Bed was firm. Shower did not have the best pressure. We were in an outside room on the 8th floor and we could hear the jets fly by. The parking is paid, and they do...

"Tiny room, terrible breakfast for $29, $4 for each bottled water. The sofa bed was not made when we checked in. There was one blanket and pillow for it, we called the front desk that night, and no one came to deliver any other blanket or pillow. Overall not a good experience and will not be staying there again."

"The ambience and the setting of the location were amazing. It’s a great place to take your pet. We had our own back patio with its own gate and our dog could run in and out just to feel like he was at home. Silverton has always beautiful, but this location is just amazing. Staff was nice and polite and very helpful. I love being able to take my dog out to the outdoor patio and have breakfast looking at all the flowers all around was totally worth it."

"So we checked in late. Staff were very nice. Our room was second floor with wheelchair access. Bathroom looks like hospital bathroom. Big, not that good light and white tile. Almost depressing. Room itself was fine, but not enough lighting and dark. Building is newer side but must be cheap made, we can hear noise from hallways and from upstairs. Breakfast was just ok. I wish we had a choice to stay regular room. We will not back, will stay other place."

"The room was pretty clean with a nice tv, the bathroom was clean but had a couple hairs in the shower. Everything was adequate, my only complaint for the room was the bathroom, it was tiny with a very small toilet. Somehow I always get a very loud stomping person above me like 9 times out of 10. PSA If you’re staying on upper floors your room is for relaxing not stomping around and being loud."

"Our door was left open to our room after returning from being gone all day. Our towels had been replenished so I know cleaning staff had entered our room."

"I asked if I could check out later and Monica accomadated me I still left before checkout but she gave me peace of mind. She was also helpful with information regarding sightseeing. Paige also took down my number and called me when my room was ready rather than waiting until 3. I only had breakfast once but for the price I think you can work a little more on the food. I'm still rating a 5 star because I loved how clean it was."

"Room was very nice with new amenities. We had a Mountain View room which puts you on the freeway side of the building. I was surprised by the amount of traffic noise in the room but it wasn’t bad enough to make me want to leave! The rest of the property was very nice and clean. Signage was a little confusing both coming in and leaving but we made it nevertheless. For the price I thought it was well worth it."
