"Stayed for a sports tournament and this hotel felt like pure luxury after a summer of 3-star chain hotels. Seriously, the hotel fragrant lobby smell, the decor both in the common spaces and room, and the hotel staff…all amazing. The on-site restaurants were both top-notch but walking in wearing a tshirt and shorts was fine too. Parking was very easy."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Our reservation was canceled, which was frustrating enough, but the way the situation was handled by the front desk associate made it significantly worse. When we arrived around 1:00am there were already families waiting in the lobby. We waited approximately 20 minutes before the front desk associate came out. The staff were great at trying to accommodate guests but the breakfast was not a hit they water down the apple juice and orange juice to try and stretch so it’s just unflavored colorful water,and the pool closes to early for guests and it’s rather small so it get crowded quick. However, the property does not provide complimentary drinking water bottles. Also, breakfast items such as yogurt cups are not restocked once they run out. "The room was a very good size, clean, and affordable. It's also just a short drive to the Inner Harbor area, which made the location convenient. I would definitely stay here again. The biggest downside was the parking. Even though I was given a parking pass, the lot was full and I still had to park on the curb, which was frustrating.
