"The room was very clean and spotless. The hotel staff were also great when we were checking in and out. This was the first place we didn’t have to pay for parking since arriving to Ireland. The hotel had onsite parking both around the building and under the building. There were lifts to accommodate those unable to use stairs. One downside was that we didn’t want the house keepers to clean the room while we were away as I’ve had things stolen in the past with that. They came in and cleaned...

"The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options. The hotel was clean with lovely Christmas decorations. It was in close walking distance of all the shops, pubs and dining options in the latin quarter. They have their own parking garage and will validate your ticket at the front desk so it does not cost extra for parking. The elevators are quick! Overall, it was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our Ireland road trip."

"The staff were so welcoming, kind, thoughtful and truly magnificent. We were in Shannon for a dear friends funeral and while that was very difficult the staff made it so much easier. Carrygerry country house is so beautiful, it is cosy, the mattress and pillows were so comfortable and the room was spotless. Their attention to detail was second to none. I would stay here again in a heart beat, very well done to all the team, this is hospitality at its finest !! "

"The room was huge and nice and clean. Staff were courteous and friendly. Centrally located. Bar was excellent. Great atmosphere. No wash cloth or any additional toiletries except for body wash/hair shampoo (all in one) and conditioner. No toothbrush/paste, lotion etc. I don’t know if that’s the new way hotels are going. Glad I brought my own and didn’t forget anything. "
