Continental breakfast not included unless you add it to your room rate for an extra cost. Wifi was shoddy and didn’t connect half the time."

"Pros: great location, right in the center of the action, clean hotel, staffed 24 hours with friendly staff. Superior room had ample space but the second person needs to climb over the first person to get in/out of bed. Cons: heavy bar crowd noise at night till 2:30 AM! I’ve never arrived in a room before and found earplugs provided by the hotel. We were in the Superior room on the third floor. There is no elevator and the route to the room requires following signs as it is winding."

However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details. "

"Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....
