"I found Centra Hotel Zurich online and decided to book it after reading the positive reviews. A week later, I returned and stayed for one more night, which says a lot about how much I enjoyed my first stay. The property is very clean, quiet, and ideal for a good night’s sleep. My room was spacious and had a balcony, and the hotel is conveniently located not far from downtown Zurich. I stayed during unusually hot Swiss evenings in late June 2026, yet the room stayed cool enough for me to sleep very comfortably with the balcony door partly open. The bed was extremely comfortable (I had a double bed) and overall, the stay was excellent. I would gladly give this hotel a 10/10 and would definitely stay here again if I return to Zurich."

"The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but staff helpfully supplied a kettle when requested. Hotel was a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the river to the old town and public transport options are also available, A very pleasant stay."

"The staff, particularly Luiz, were very welcoming at check in and he was very helpful throughout our 3 day stay in Konstanz. We had a very good room with a spacious balcony. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the hotel is a 2 minutes walk to the bus stop into the centre of Konstanz. An excellent location, hotel and staff!"

"Wonderful location close to the lake and old town. The A/C worked really well, which was so nice! Breakfast buffet is wonderful but can get crowded. Only issues were a very small shower, and a large window (without any curtain) in the bathroom. Other guests could see right in so we ended up having to hang a towel over the window for privacy."

"Staff were welcoming and worked efficiently; room was clean and much larger than MOST hotels I found in Zürich for much higher prices and which did not include breakfast like this hotel does! The breakfast was EXCELLENT, with a custom, self-serve, espresso coffee machine included. They also had a HUGE selection including made to order omelettes, many breads & cheeses, hot & cold food, fresh fruits. Access to the spa next door which was unbelievable! Huge heated pool & jacuzzi, sauna, showers, and elaborate gym! Price was very reasonable especially compared to all the others which had lower ratings. The trains run to Winterthur often, from Zurich main and also the airport. Hotel is about 10min walk from train station. Wow! I would definitely stay here again!"
