Great reasonably price hotel near Clay Kaserne
Great basic hotel located near Highway 66, less the 1 1/2 from Clay concern. Bus stop very close to hotel for transportation to Wiesbaden train station. Free breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Great German restaurant next door

Not worth it
The lift was not working causing you to have to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. The room AC was not working. The shower was too small for a tall person.

Front desk gave me an Internet login number/password that had expired. I realized this later (after 10 pm) when the front desk was closed. Hence, I had no access to the Internet.

The price/comfort ratio of this hotel is amazing! I would highly recommend this as a budget accomodation. The breakfast is great as well and the hotel staff is very nice.

No Parking Help
Awful. Staff didn't speak English, and trying to find parking was a nightmare because of this reason. Avoid unless you are in a taxi.

Good for a stopover
I needed a hotel and it was late a night so I booked this using the mobile app about 15 before I arrived. The gentleman at reception was very helpful and I was in my room in no time. The room was clean and had free WiFi. Their is free parking and the hotel is located right next to a petrol station. I did not have breakfast.

Good hotel; great restaurant next door.
This was an exceptionally good hotel for the price. I've stayed in a variety of hotels in the Wiesbaden area in the last several years. This hotel is as good, or better than the others, at 1/2 to 1/3 of the price. The buffet breakfast had about 50 items. Many 4-star hotels don't have such a good breakfast. The Internet worked fine. Room size was the typically small, as is the case in Europe for 2 and 3-star hotels; but it was fine. There is a fine Italian restaurant down the street. However, right next door there is an excellent Schnitzel restaurant with about 30 kinds of Schnitzel! While one would not consider Schnitzel as "fine dining," the food was great and inexpensive.

die Unterkunft hat uns nicht gefallen, dass Hotel war nicht sauber, das Badezimmer absolut unmöglich. außerdem war es dort sehr laut. Das Personal war allerdings freundlich und bemüht, besonders der junge Mann der fürs Frühstück zuständig war.

Renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel
Wir fahren seit vielen Jahren in das sogenannte KOMFORT-Hotel und es wird von Mal zu Mal schlechter. Was das mit Komfort zu tuen haben soll entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Es ist dringend renovierungsbedüftig - und nun ging sogar dzwei der Aufzug nicht. Das Beste ist das "Schnitzels" nebenan.

Sehr hellhörig (man hörte klar das Wort des Nachbarn), Zahnpasta vom Vorgänger im Waschbecken, heruntergekommene Einrichtung, zu kleine Kissen und Decken. Völlig überteuert für diesen Service.

A66（高速道路）出口から近く、アクセスが良かった。 従業員の接客態度は良好。 ベッドのマットレスの品質が良くなく、熟睡できなかった。 バスルームの換気扇音がうるさかった。 部屋に冷蔵庫や湯沸かし器・コーヒー・紅茶類の備えが無いのは残念だった。

Very good price / Quality ratio
I have stayed at this hotel many time and will always choose in Wiesbaden. I t has a perfect location, right near the Autobahn, for getting around, comfortable rooms. although this time the airco did not work - fortunately the temperature at night was low enough to be comfortable after I took the heavy German comforter out of the duvet cover and only used that as a cover. After the second night the room boy got the message and did not put it back in, which shows good front line staff initiative, even at the basic level. Breakfast is sumptuous. I would gladly pay a couple of Euros more if the room would have a fridge too. They would amortise them in less than a year by just charging one Euro more.
